Tritium Well tops bill for ‘Power Shift 2’

BRATTLEBORO — All are welcome to Power Shift 2, a dance party that will feature live rock 'n' roll by the likes of Gangly Heart, the Diamondstones, and Tritium Well, from 7 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23, at the Stone Church, 210 Main St.

Also on tap: a new comedy sketch by Suzy Polucci and Court Dorsey, info on upcoming protest actions, and updates on nuclear issues.

The event is free but donations are requested. Snacks and drinks are included.

The SAGE Alliance organizes nonviolent direct actions to shut down Vermont Yankee.

According to organizers, “This is an opportunity to party hardy and fight the nuke at the same time.”

SAGE Alliance is also organizing “Voices of Fukushima” actions on March 9, 10, and 11, and a “Leaks, Lies and Lawyers” march and forum on March 30.
