Vermont Theatre Company presents Green Room Connection: The Sequel

BRATTLEBORO — Based on the strong positive response to the first Green Room Connection event last January, Vermont Theatre Company is hosting the second Green Room Connection on Tuesday, May 7, from 5:30 to 8 p.m., at The Marina Restaurant on Putney Road in Brattleboro.

The Green Room Connection is an opportunity for theater lovers from all of the area theater companies to come together and share ideas, wish lists, resources, dream projects, and to just hang out with each other in an informal evening of conviviality and merriment.

The first meeting a few weeks ago was such a hit, VTC is again calling all actors, directors, writers, tech people, stage managers, crew, enthusiastic audience members, and curious community members to join them.

Members of the Actors Theatre Playhouse, Branch River Theatre, New England Youth Theatre, Country Players, Saxtons River folks, New Renaissance Players, and Arena Civic Theatre are asked to spread the word throughout their communities.

The Marina is generously providing some hors d'oeuvres and a non-alcoholic drink menu. There will also be a cash bar and, of course, anything from The Marina's amazing menu.

This is a marvelous opportunity for all “theater people” to get together, meet each other, and share the passion for theater.

There is no charge for this event. For more information, contact Jessica Gelter (jessica.gelter@gmail.com) or Nichole Bliznak (nbliznak@gmail.com).
