RE: “What has changed in a year?” [Viewpoint, July 31]:
I almost never see the issue that concerns me mentioned in any articles about wind power. I did read once that it takes fuel oil to power up a wind turbine.
Now maybe that is not correct, but if it is, it seems to me it should be at the forefront with the other important concerns.
