My personal experience with Rockingham Free Public Library Director Célina Houlné was very positive.
I am a humble library patron. Every time I saw her in the library or at a book sale, she was very warm and very helpful, making me feel like a treasured, special library patron - something I really appreciated, having just moved back to my home town.
