Combine in food processor:
¶2 cups tightly packed ramps (wild leeks)-greens and bulbs
¶{1/4} cup pine nuts or cashews
¶{1/2} cup shredded Parmesan cheese
¶Salt to taste
¶Pepper to taste
Pulse until coarsely chopped. Add:
¶{2/3} cup olive oil
Blend until smooth.
