Post-Beatles revue to rock Next Stage

PUTNEY — AfterFab, a tribute to the Beatles' years as solo performers, will play at Next Stage Arts Project on Saturday, Nov. 15, at 7:30 p.m.

AfterFab is not your typical tribute band, and the genius of the Beatles didn't stop at Abbey Road. This is the only tribute band drawing from the vast catalog of the brilliant solo careers of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr - and AfterFab's [www.afterfab.com] reviewers say they bring it to life with high energy and high fidelity.

The Beatles as a group recorded just over 200 songs from 1962 through 1969, and scored 50 Top 40 hits on the U.S. charts. As soloists, they released more than 600 songs, scoring 65 Top-40 hits (not including collaborations with other artists).

From “Band on the Run” and “It Don't Come Easy” to “Imagine” and “What Is Life,” AfterFab's performances give the audience a taste of what it would be like if the Beatles hadn't broken up.
