In Brattleboro and Bellows Falls, the community access cable television stations can be found on the same locations on the Comcast cable network. The stations are funded as part of the contract negotiated between the communities and the cable provider, as provided by the 1984 Cable Franchise Policy and Communications Act.
Channel 8 is used for public and community programs, and channel 10 is used for government meetings, including the communities' respective school boards.
