Village approves non-resident parking fee

BELLOWS FALLS — Village Trustees approved on Oct. 13 an $80 per vehicle non-resident annual overnight parking fee.

This was an issue held over from the September Joint Board meeting. Municipal Manager Willis D. Stearns II told Trustees that setting parking fees was a joint town/village policy, and that the Rockingham Selectboard previously approved the change.

Currently, non-residents also have the option to pay a monthly fee of $10.

Non-resident parking permits are currently registered to a single vehicle, and can't be used for multiple vehicles.
