VTC to hold auditions for ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’

BRATTLEBORO — The Vermont Theatre Company announces auditions for its May production of Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest to be held at Brattleboro Union High School on Monday, Feb. 29, at 7 p.m., in the auditorium.

Anyone unable to audition at this time and who would like to schedule an alternate audition time may contact the director, Bob Kramsky, at rkramsky@wsesu.org.

There are roles for five men and four women ranging in ages from 16 through 70. No previous experience or preparation for the audition is required.

Actors will be asked to do a cold reading from the script. Performance dates are May 6-8 and 12-15.
