BRATTLEBORO — For the record, I do live in the immediate neighborhood of the Groundworks shelter site.
What I said: I don't have a particular stake one way or another, but I was asked to come to the Brattleboro Development Review Board meeting by a number of folks who live in the neighborhood.
I do have a lot of concerns myself and hope there is a plan to address them.
