DUMMERSTON — DUMMERSTON - The Selectboard set the 2017 municipal tax rate at the July 5 regular Board meeting.
The tax rate is 0.323 percent, giving the town a $850,035.87 budget, with a $1,090.82 buffer.
“When we set the tax rate, we usually set it so we have a little bit of a buffer,” Selectboard Chair Zeke Goodband said.
