Weddings
• Coridon Nicholas Bratton and Kiera Elizabeth Lewis are to be married on Saturday, May 18, 2019 by First Nations Ministry officiant Mary Elise Gerisch, of Bennington, surrounded by family and friends at the Marble House Project in Dorset.
The groom, 32, known as Cory, is chef and owner of A Vermont Table, a catering business and restaurant located in Brattleboro. He graduated with both a bachelor's in studio art and a master's in teaching from Clark University. He is the son of Leah Shatavsky Bratton and Theodore Farren Bratton of Brattleboro.
The bride, 30, is producer and owner of Critical Findings, an independent production company with clients in New York City and New England. She will soon be a Screenwriting Fellow at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles, and graduated magna cum laude from Ithaca College in philosophy and in politics.
She is the daughter of James M. Lewis of Chester, and Lynn P. Lewis of Brattleboro. Kiera's mother, Lynn, who is retired, was a social worker and women's rights advocate and volunteer at local libraries. Her father, James, who is also retired, was a senior project manager for the Army Corps of Engineers in Keene, N.H.
Both the bride and the groom graduated from Green Street School and Brattleboro Union High School, where they met. The couple will return to Brattleboro after a honeymoon in Cannes, France, where Kiera's film See Through will be part of the Cannes Film Festival, and Bahia, Brazil.
Kiera and Cory currently split their time living between New York City and Vermont and will soon be bi-coastal, between Vermont and Los Angeles.
