Deerfield Valley business owners: your Chamber has your back

WILMINGTON — We know that this has been an extremely difficult and confusing time for many of our local businesses. For business owners, we also understand that you have had a lot of information thrown at you in a very short period of time. It seems that each time we make a plan, the rules are changing.

The Chamber of Commerce wants you to know that we are working diligently to collect and distribute as much information as we can for you and your business. Please know that we are here to help in any way we can. If you have questions about where to start, we want to hear from you.

“I had to close my business - now what?”

“My employees have been laid off - what is their next step?”

“I will be looking for financial assistance during my closure. What is in the works, and where can I find the information?”

These are just some of the questions that we have been asked recently, and we are doing everything we can to provide the answers for you.

So please - if you have questions during this time, do not hesitate to ask them. While we may not always have the answer, we can get it for you or point you in the right direction.

We have been working closely with other local business groups, the Vermont Chamber of Commerce, and our local legislators to stay as up-to-date as possible on everything that is happening, and we will continue to do so on your behalf. We will also be continuously finding ways to get you as much information and assistance as we can.

So please, let us be your resource. Email all your questions to me at Eric@VisitVermont.com, and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

Stay healthy, and stay awesome, Deerfield Valley.
