We thank the voters of the Windham-4 district for their votes in the 2020 election.
Every day, as we face the triple pandemic of COVID-19, climate change, and racial/social justice, we see Vermonters working hard to stay safe, put food on their tables, and to build a Vermont that works for everyone.
Together, we promise to work hard, work smart, and work together to address these and other issues to get us through these challenging times.
Serving is an honor and a humbling experience, especially when we realize what we're up against, how many people need help, and how the resources don't quite match up with the level of needs out there.
The good news is, we're in Vermont, and no matter what happens elsewhere, Vermonters are way ahead in making the best of any situation.
Before we turn this page on the current Legislature and look ahead to 2021, Rep. Nader Hashim deserves our thanks. His hard work in these times of tumult helped us better serve the people of this district and all of Vermont. He will be missed.
We look forward to working together representing the towns of Dummerston, Westminster, and Putney, which make up the Windham-4 district. We pledge to continue bringing your concerns to the State House and making progress with justice for people and planet.
