Nature Museum hosts Fairy House Festival

GRAFTON — The annual Fairy House Festival, an imaginative, nature-based tradition in the forests of Grafton, will take place on the weekend of Sept. 24 and 25, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days, at The Nature Museum of Grafton, 185 Townshend Road.

Volunteers create a fairyland of small structures built out of natural materials, and visitors are invited to walk the half-mile Fairy House Trail sprinkled with fairy houses, schools, boats, airplanes, libraries, carousels, and more.

Participants may make their own fairy house in the pollinator garden and enjoy crafts, face painting, bubbles, and food and drinks from local vendors.

The Fairy House Festival is The Nature Museum's annual fundraiser, supporting year-round environmental education programming in Grafton. Admission is free for children under 2, $5 for children, and $15 for adults. Advance tickets can be purchased online at The Nature Museum by visiting nature-museum.org.

To keep this experience magical and cozy, tickets are limited; purchasing tickets online will reserve spots before they sell out.
