• Children
• Children too poor to have housing
• Children who are learning English
• Children who don't have enough to eat
• Children who can't afford to see a doctor
• Children who have special needs
• Children who can't spend the summer at the country club pool
• Children who aren't white
• Children who want to go to summer school
• Children who want to go to school without fear of being shot
