BRATTLEBORO-Join Director Bob Thies and Rock Voices Brattleboro, the area’s community rock choir, for an evening of choral magic.
Rock Voices is backed by a full, professional rock band and features the harmonies of Tony Lechner’s arrangements sung by a 100-voice choir.
The concert will be held at Epsilon Spires, 190 Main St., Friday, Aug. 7 at 7:30 p.m.. Doors will open at 7 p.m. There will also be a basket raffle to raise money for the Women’s Freedom Center.
This season’s songs are all from the movies, including songs by Peter Gabriel, Huntrix, Simon & Garfunkel, ABBA, Phil Collins, Carly Simon, the Bee Gees, John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, Kenny Loggins, Adele, Paul McCartney, and more.
Admission prices are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, and $10 for students. Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge. Tickets are available online at bit.ly/876-rock and may also be available at the door.
