Self-described “apple explorer” John Bunker will discuss preservation work he has contributed to across New England, including through a company he cofounded, Fedco Trees, and a more recent project, Out On A Limb Apples.
Historian Todd Little-Siebold, a professor at the College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, Maine, will speak about historical techniques for making hard cider as well as his ongoing research and preservation work for the Maine Heritage Orchard.
