BELLOWS FALLS-Decatur Creek and Patty Keough will split the bill at a 3 p.m. matinee Sunday, Nov. 8, at Stage 33 Live, 33 Bridge St.
Decatur Creek blends the solo styles of three New Hampshire-based singer-songwriters: Doug Farrell, Jack Henry, and Beth Eldridge.
Influences include traditional and roots Americana, country, and folk, organizers said in a news release, which praised the band’s “well-crafted songs, warm vocals with tight harmonies, and crisp musicianship that flows with rhythm, soul, and wit.”
Keough is a self-described songwriter, singer, comedian, animal rescuer, and wine drinker who took to the stage late in life “after spending time in the corporate mines,” according to her website (pattykeough.com). Her songs, she adds, “will have you crying tears of laughter or shared sorrow.”
Keough uses her performance income to fund her animal rescue activities.
Stage 33 Live is a 40-seat venue located in a former factory. The volunteer-run nonprofit focuses exclusively on experiencing live music and has no bar or food service.
Tickets are $15 in advance at stage33live.com or $20 at the door.
