Town begins Union Hill project

BRATTLEBORO — A safety improvement project at the intersection of Western Avenue, Union Hill, and Cedar Street began on May 5.

The Department of Public Works (DPW) projects that it will be completed in June, approximately six weeks from now. DPW crews will be working on the project from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m., daily.

During this construction period, Union Hill and Cedar Street at the intersection with Western Avenue will be closed to motor vehicles, while pedestrians can use a temporary crosswalk.
