What’s the deal with the marijuana plant limits?

BRATTLEBORO — I started writing a letter to add a horticultural voice of reason to the discussion about amending marijuana plant number limits. But when I looked up the issue on the Legislature's website, I found that S.216 is an Act Related to Prescription Drugs, which was signed into law some time ago.

I would like to understand what's really going on. Is there anything happening that might affect medical marijuana plant limits?

Will you help clarify this issue, so readers can understand if they should call or write about this and, if so, which bill and legislative committee to address?
