Tiny Theater presents a free St. Patrick’s Day celebration

BRATTLEBORO-Tiny Theater and ByWay Books & More, 399 Canal St., invite the community to a free St. Patrick’s Day celebration Tuesday, March 17, from 5 to 7 p.m. at ByWay Books.

“This event is about bringing people together through story, music, and shared tradition,” said event organizers Severia Drake and Bob Marcus. “We hope to create a warm and festive space where the spirit of Ireland comes alive in the heart of Brattleboro.”

This lively cultural gathering will celebrate the literature, music, food, and artistic heritage of the Emerald Isle. Audiences can listen to poetry and prose readings, Irish songs and music, and join in a limerick contest “with merriment woven throughout the evening,” said organizers.

The Tiny Theater Actors Ensemble will present selections from Irish writers alongside musical offerings, “creating an immersive experience that honors Ireland’s storytelling traditions and vibrant cultural legacy,” organizers said. “From lyrical verse to lively tunes, the evening promises expression, heritage, and joyful community celebration.”

All are welcome. For more information, visit tinytheater.org or bywaybooks.co.
