SEVCA launches 2026 Impact Report

WESTMINSTER-Southeastern Vermont Community Action (SEVCA) is launching its 2026 Impact Report, documenting what they call “a year shaped by organizational adaptation and continued dedication to serving neighbors across Windham and Windsor counties.”

In 2025, SEVCA staff report it provided 4,402 services to 3,342 individuals and 1,750 households. With nearly one in eight residents across Windham and Windsor counties living in need and overall funding declining, this impact demonstrates SEVCA’s ability to deliver meaningful results in critical areas such as housing stability, homelessness prevention, home heating assistance, early childhood education, weatherization, and financial empowerment.

This report offers a snapshot of the organization’s work over the past year, reflecting both the depth of need in the region and SEVCA’s sustained commitment to meeting that need with care, consistency, and purpose.

“We are not only responding to today but building for tomorrow,”Executive Director Joshua Davis said in a news release. “We are investing in strengthening SEVCA so that we can continue to serve as a reliable, foundational support for years to come.”

SEVCA welcomes everyone to view the full report online at sevca.org/impact-data-and-stories. To request a copy in the mail, or for more information, contact at jmegasrussell@sevca.org or 802-721-0017.
