This year, Southeastern Vermont Community Action (SEVCA) is participating and will be collecting tires at its headquarters on 91 Buck Drive Oct. 29 and 30, from 1 to 5 p.m. Donate usable tires for free, and recycle unwanted tires at a cost of $5 per tire.
