Remarkable. Ryan Hockertlotz, your ability to see the issue of sexual assault in the military clearly surprises and delights me. Your opinion differs a bit from my own, and after several decades in uniform, I applaud myself a bit too much, perhaps, so I am especially appreciative of your original thought.
Keep educating others. It's a bit late in the game for our culture to change, but it must change if our military is to surmount this challenge.
