Janoo: for safe, affordable, successful Vermont

BRATTLEBORO-Did you get up this morning and slip into your old shoes because they feel familiar and comfortable (and you seem to remember that at one time they served you well enough), even though they've long since stopped providing you with any support or traction?

If so, you can easily understand why Phil Scott has been able to remain in office as Vermont's governor for 10 years.

Like putting on your worn-out footwear, voting again for Scott might not require as as much thought as learning about someone you haven't yet gotten to know as well, but take a minute to check out Amanda Janoo.

Born and raised in a rural Vermont community, Janoo has had years of experience working with governments and communities across the United States and around the world to design and implement economic strategies that create good jobs, strengthen local businesses, reduce inequality, and build resilient local economies.

That experience has taught her to put workers over billionaires. By assuring that the wealthiest among us pay their fair share, Janoo will protect community schools, support homes for Vermonters (not investors), defend us from the incursion of data centers (and retake control from Big Tech), and move us toward affordable health care for everyone.

Find opportunities to hear and meet Amanda at janooforvt.com/#events, and be sure to catch the Janoo/Scott debate on Vermont Public on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 7 p.m.

For a safe, affordable, and successful Vermont, "Out with the old, in with Janoo!"
